Delete your account
How to delete a ReconBike account and what goes with it.
In the app
Open the account screen and choose “Delete account”. The app asks you to confirm.
Without access to the app
Write to contact@reconbike.app from the address the account uses. We will delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Deleted at once and for good: the email address, every route stored in the account, ride plans, chosen stops and rider settings.
Routes and rides stored on your devices stay there until you delete them yourself.
